Stacy Malkan is co-founder and co-director of US Right to Know, a nonprofit consumer group that investigates corporate influence over our food system. Stacy is a former journalist and longtime consumer advocate, author of the award-winning book “Not Just a Pretty Face: The Ugly Side of the Beauty Industry” (New Society 2007) and co-founder of the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics. She is a frequent contributor to The Ecologist, Huffington Post and Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting.
